I am a runner, swimmer, biker, yoga, weight lifting active athlete. Jemma is a gifted yoga teacher and guide. I always structured my Friday around her flow & restore class. I’m a retired yoga teacher, and I used to wonder if anyone listened to anything I said. Jemma has an absolute gift, and it is evident from the moment you enter her beautiful and nurturing space. After a few words, she has the intuitive ability to sense what is most needed physically, energetically and emotionally and custom tailer your experience based on your needs. There is an instant trust that forms which allows me to completely let go and relax as she is able to to both precisely and confidently work into deeply held areas of tension as well as incorporate subtle energetic work that feels like an entire system reset. Coupled with the heated infrared blanket to sweat out toxins and tension and the use of the most gorgeous smelling essential oils, a treatment with Jemma feels like both a luxury and necessity. Jemma’s decades of experience is evident in the layered and thoughtful approach to her work and I’ve left every session I’ve had with her feeling like I had peeled off layers of stress and like I’ve had a full body and mind reset.
